2- A residential-commercial center with a total area of 4117 square meters
3- A school for boys with a total area of 3477.50 square meters
4- A school for girls with an area of 3603.96 square meters.
5- A medical clinic with a height of two floors, with a total area of 2560 square meters
6- 10 similar villas with a total area of 2632.3 square meters
